We are particularly concerned with succession planning and the transition of control of family business enterprises, and we work with our clients to establish the best structures to accomplish these objectives. Because individual clients can become disabled and lose their ability to control their assets and their own personal care during their lives, we help clients plan for the possibility of such loss through the use of revocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies and living wills, and guardianship arrangements.
